Sensei Chris Denwood is the founder and chief instructor of Eikoku Satori Karate-do Kyokai (ESKK).

He also teaches seminars and workshops to his group and other martial arts groups, sports people and the general public on such topics/areas as,

1. Traditional pragmatic karate
2. Personal protection
3. Functional supplementary training principles
4. Kettlebell lifting
5. General well-being

He started karate at the Bristish Karate-do Chojinkai which is a Wado Ryu based system and has trained with many notable instructors including sensei Doug James (8th dan), Iain Abernethy (5th dan), Gordon Harrison (5th dan) and many others.

With karate as his main art sensei Chris Denwood has also studied, Aikido, Wing Chun, Iaido, Tai Chi and Chi Gung.

I really like his universal approach to karate and the way he presents his material.
